Welcome To Cinema Quest: The Entertainment & Technology Install Experts

Cinema Quest Staff In 1999, two friends got together and saw a need. It seemed everywhere they looked around the Greenville, SC area, no one offered expert home theater design & installation, that also included custom construction of the room build-out.But so many of the best home theaters needed special construction to turn out the way the homeowners envisioned. This meant that customers ended up paying more, for less.

So Cinema Quest was born. And like many businesses, it started with one job.

The project was a 50’s themed, basement transformation that included a full home theater system, exercise room, kitchenette, and custom staircase. That first project turned out pretty well! So they just kept going and haven’t quit. In 2006, responding to changing times and new technologies, Cinema Quest broadened their installation service to include Automation & Home Control. Then due to rising demand, in 2011 CQ again enhanced their services, adding Video Surveillance and a host of commercial services.

Cinema Quest is known for its especially good customer service and does a huge amount of business purely on referrals. On account of having superior, well-trained techs, sometimes Cinema Quest is called upon to solve problems on systems that others installed either improperly or setup wrong. When asked about it they usually laugh, say “Why didn’t you call us first?”, and then solve the problem.
