Home Theater Project Timeline
At Cinema Quest, we work closely with you to make your home theater dreams a reality. We take the time to plan your home theater system carefully, mapping out your media strategy in three stages:
Stage 1
Our first meeting is devoted to understanding your dreams and ideas, as well as recognizing your budget requirements. We listen closely to your priorities and answer any questions you may have. After an extended consultation, we work toward the next stage.
Stage 2
We present a preliminary plan for your home theater based on our initial consultation. We also present a cost estimate.
Your input is critical for the final revision of your home theater or audio-visual system. We review the plans carefully, so that you can make changes and/or additions.
At this time, we sign a letter of intent.
Following this meeting, we create your final home theater design, incorporating all changes and revisions. A final estimate details your costs, and contract documents are created.
Stage 3
During this meeting, we review your final home theater or audio-visual system proposal. We make sure it passes the dream test! And we carefully review the terms of your final proposal.
All that is left are signatures and deposit!
